The first training session of the season and it was wonderful to see so many happy faces back on the field and to have the club house buzzing with noise. Lots of new faces were welcomed into a number of age groups which is amazing.

Girls on the rise!
5 of the new faces welcomed today were girls, 3 in younger age groups (U8 & U9) and 2 in U12’s.
Witham have worked tirelessly to promote girls in rugby and all that hard work appears to be paying off.
Our girls team which covers U12, U14 & U16’s today had 14 players, this time last year only 4 players were signed up. This is an amazing achievement, but still only the start!

Witham welcomes players of all abilities from age 5 upwards.
